Description

Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Company: US Heart and Vascular

Location: Franklin, TN (Remote)

Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at US Heart and Vascular, you will play a vital part in supporting the recruiting team by efficiently managing and coordinating various talent acquisition tasks and recruitment for Sonographers and Nuclear Medicine Technologists as well as other Allied Health positions as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive candidate sourcing through various channels, including cold calling and networking including 30 to 50 daily cold calls to engage with Sonographers and Nuclear Medicine Technologists as well as other allied health positions as needed.
  • Assist recruiting team in creating and managing job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Input and maintain candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy as well building reports in database.
  • Assist recruiting team in drafting and sending targeted email campaigns to potential candidates.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including booking hotels, flights, and rental cars for candidates.
  • Assist in preparing job offer letters.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage and process new hire requisition request forms.
  • Verify references for candidates.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of DealCloud is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to track recruitment metrics and effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
