Call Center Representative (2115)

US Heart and Vascular is in need of a full time Call Center Representative to join our team at Fort Worth Heart in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Answers incoming phone calls in a pleasant and expeditious manner.
• Screens all calls and directs appropriately to proper person.
• Takes messages following guidelines related to timeliness and accuracy and processes appropriately.
• Maintains daily operations of phone system.
• Schedules and verifies appointments as needed.
• Pages physicians as needed with important messages/information/consult request’s etc.
• Assists with other duties as requested, including coverage in other areas.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of call center experience
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Healthcare knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Medical Assistant Certification is preferred but not required.
