Registered Nurse (2264)

US Heart and Vascular is in need of a Registered Nurse to join our team at Brimingham Heart Clinc located in Birmingham, AL to assist Provider(s) in daily operations of his/her clinic and patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and coordinate patients’ plans of care.
• Make sure clinic notes are prepped properly by MA prior to clinic
• Convey patient problems, abnormal results to MD
• Relay test results and MD treatment plan to the patient
• Document in EMR all required information for each visit to patient
• Obtain pre-authorizations for medication, diagnostic testing, and hospital procedures.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned and serves in whatever other capacity deemed necessary
• May require travel to clinics in Gardendale, Pell City and Oneonta

Requirements:

• Current Alabama State Nursing License
