VaxCare’s RCM Team is focused on maximizing partner payments by collecting information, knowledge and money. We research claims, analyze denials and solve problems while adding value to VaxCare’s bottom line. As a result, we play an important part in the company’s rapid growth!

We are searching for someone who is passionate about researching requirements for new payers, managing key processes, and collaborating with fellow team members.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

• New Payer Implementation
  • Timely complete the set-up of new payers in VaxCare’s proprietary eligibility & billing systems
  • Coordinate with team members on RCM team and other functions on the proper implementation of payers and payer mapping
  • Monitor and maintain billing requirements for all payers
  • Deliver weekly reporting with status of new payer implementations and potential roadblocks
  • Meet established SLAs
• New Payer Audits
  • Identify trends within denied claims for new payers and devise solutions to prevent future denials
  • Monitor completion of tasks by fellow RCM team members to resolve claim issues
  • Meet established SLAs
• Process Improvement
  • Recommend process improvement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Implementing solutions to improve visibility and effectiveness of collections
    

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Self motivated – ability to jump in where help is needed
• Detail oriented and focused – pays attention to details and checks their work for quality
• Flexible with strong prioritization skills – ability to work on multiple tasks on a weekly basis
• Leadership – ability to lead a process and process improvements

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum of 3 years experience in previous healthcare role
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Very strong Microsoft excel skills required. SQL preferred.
