THE POSITION
You have the opportunity to
represent VaxCare to its partner (customer) base with the goal of helping them fully adopt
VaxCare’s technology platform to administer patient care and deliver the triple aim of healthcare (lower cost, better outcomes, better experience).
The Partner Success Manager, Enablement Team Lead (PSM) is dedicated to leading the enablement team to establish themselves as a dependable and trusted trainers who understand our Partner’s business and immunization program goals and can accelerate the Partner’s time to efficiently maximize value realization from VaxCare’s technology platform through first-class training and account management. This includes managing partner go-live training, driving product adoption, acting as the Voice of the Partner (VOP), and meeting specific performance metrics within a range of partner success projects.
The Team Lead will also focus on helping their direct reports to manage
their portfolios of dedicated accounts through strategic virtual engagements
The Team Lead will work alongside the Director of Enablement to lead a pod within the Enablement team,
helping to

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
- Lead a team of Enablement PSMs
to execute partner go-live trainings with discretion, ensuring partners are empowered to manage successful vaccine programs through VaxCare’s technologies while applying best practice recommendations, adjusting training strategies based on partner needs.
- Lead a team of Enablement PSMs in the management of their portfolio of accounts, helping to coach and guide in them in delivering on performance metrics and partner retention.
- Manage assigned Go Live role out projects logistically and operationally, working closely with the implementation and enterprise success teams.
- Oversee and enhance the quality and efficiency of go-live training sessions, while taking proactive steps to resolve issues that may impact training success via critical thinking and problem solving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, addressing challenges in real-time during training sessions
- Tailor training solutions, while working with internal teams, to design and deliver training that maximizes partner value from the VaxCare platform.
- Help your team execute partner engagement strategies that develop healthy and engaging relationships on a portfolio of partners. Establish themselves as a “trusted advisor” that the partner can count on to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Metrics that are aligned to partners and VaxCare’s success to include volume growth, adherence, upsells to new programs, partner satisfaction and partner attrition.
- Develop, execute, and proactively manage Partner Success Plans (PSPs) aimed at ensuring that each partners agreed upon vaccine program outcomes and business goals are consistently met.
- Act as the partner advocate / Voice of the Partner (VOP) by acquiring partner feedback and ensuring that feedback is internally communicated and acted upon.
- Use tools & resources with supporting data to drive better product adoption and objectives
- Provide internal feedback when requested to help develop solutions that advance VaxCare and the Partner Success Management organization.
- Manage key projects that enable the success of both VaxCare and the partner.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on partner (customer) and business needs
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to communicate partner (customer) feedback and drive actions based on that feedback
- History of using data to drive and prove results
- Proven leader with coaching experience.
- Experience in the healthcare industry (with emphasis on vaccinations) is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including potential of overnight travel when partner is out of state
- Typical travel week will include in-partner trainings from Monday through Friday
- Typical month will likely include 1-2 weeks of out of state travel, and 1-2 weeks of in state travel
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Team Members in this role will be involved in the processing of protected patient and/or payment information and will be responsible for ensuring the security and privacy of the information within their scope of work.
