THE POSITION

In this role, you will serve as a key representation of VaxCare, responsible for ensuring the seamless adoption and integration of our technology platform across our partner network. Your primary objectives will be to manage team members to empower healthcare partners to optimize patient care, driving the triple aim of healthcare: improved outcomes, reduced costs, and an enhanced patient experience.

As the Virtual Partner Success, Team Lead, you will act as a leader and manager for a team of Virtual Partner Success Managers, who each manage their own portfolio of accounts. Our Virtual PSMs are dedicated to establishing themselves as a dependable and trusted advisors who understand their Partner’s business and immunization program goals and can accelerate the Partner’s time to efficiently maximize value realization from VaxCare’s technology platform via routine virtual engagements. This team’s other primary function is to collaborate closely with the enablement team to assist with the execution of enterprise and larger partner onsite Go Lives.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

  • Lead team to meet and exceed Key Performance Metrics that align to partner and VaxCare success.
  • Develop and proactively manage the team, ensuring they accomplish their objectives and that they ensure their own partners agreed upon vaccine program outcomes and business goals are met.
  • Use tools & resources with supporting data to drive better team engagement and productivity.
  • Provide internal feedback and develop solutions that advance VaxCare and the Partner Success Management organization.
  • Develop automation and tooling strategies to increase team effectiveness and efficiency
  • Manage key projects that enable the success of both VaxCare and the partner
  • Being well versed and knowledgeable in the Enterprise platform and Go Live strategies, so that you are able to coach and train your team on these accordingly.
  • Support the Enablement Team Leads as a partner in delivering enterprise and large account Go Lives, as the virtual team will be a critical piece of our strategy.
  • Tailor training solutions, while working with internal teams, to design and deliver training that maximizes partner value from the VaxCare platform.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on partner (customer) and business needs
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to communicate partner (customer) feedback and drive actions based on that feedback
  • History of using data to drive and prove results
  • Experience in the healthcare industry (with emphasis on vaccinations) is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including potential of overnight travel when partner is out of state
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Note: Team Members in this position will be responsible for implementing and acting in accordance with VaxCare’s information security policies; protecting assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference; executing specific security processes or activities as assigned by the Information Security and/ or Privacy officers; and reporting security events or potential security risks to the organization. Team Members in this role will be involved in the processing of protected patient and/or payment information and will be responsible for ensuring the security and privacy of the information within their scope of work.
