THE POSITION
The Marketing Campaign Manager translates our brand strategy into integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline. This role owns campaign planning, orchestration, and execution across digital, ABM, and field channels. They ensure message discipline, creative alignment, and performance tracking for all marketing programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop integrated campaign briefs and calendars aligned to GTM priorities.
  • Coordinate execution across DSP, paid social, email, web, and ABM content.
  • Partner with Senior Designer to produce creative assets and variants.
  • Manage campaign performance tracking and optimization in collaboration with Marketing Ops.
  • Align messaging with ABM plays and sales enablement initiatives.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with ability to translate strategy into compelling campaigns.
  • Skilled collaborator across design, ABM, and SDR teams.
  • Comfortable managing multiple channels and vendors.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on pipeline impact.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 3–5 years in B2B marketing campaign management or demand generation.
  • Familiarity with DSPs, paid social platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience managing creative production and campaign calendars.
  • Understanding of ABM principles and integrated marketing strategies.

Note: Team Members in this position will be responsible for implementing and acting in accordance with VaxCare’s information security policies; protecting assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference; executing specific security processes or activities as assigned by the Information Security and/ or Privacy officers; and reporting security events or potential security risks to the organization. Team Members in this role will be involved in the processing of protected patient and/or payment information and will be responsible for ensuring the security and privacy of the information within their scope of work.
