THE POSITION
The ABM Manager is responsible for orchestrating account-based marketing strategies that align tightly with Sales to drive pipeline growth. This role owns ABM plays across channels, manages targeting and tiering, and ensures coordinated execution between marketing and SDRs. They will design and operationalize ABM programs that deliver personalized experiences for high-value accounts and measure their impact on engagement and revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute ABM strategies for Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts in collaboration with Sales.
- Own ABM platform operations, including audience segmentation and play logic.
- Coordinate SDR outreach sequences and ensure alignment with ABM campaigns.
- Manage ABM reporting on coverage, engagement, and pipeline influence.
- Partner with Campaign Manager to integrate ABM content into broader marketing programs.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3–5 years in B2B marketing with at least 2 years in ABM
- Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus, or similar).
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce for campaign tracking and reporting.
- Understanding of complex buying groups and healthcare B2B dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and measure pipeline impact.
